We’ve been walking for a week

Photo - VQT walking up steep hill first thing this morning…probably just a few minutes after 7am
Photo - the road ahead, looking forward on the Camino, probably about 7.45am
Photo - VQT at cafe in the first and only small town we passed on today’s trail - this is a typical cafe scene, with the tables and chairs outside the small cafe (and changing hands quickly as walkers come and go)
Photo - Camino directional arrow (with heart painted above) and VQT walking away in the background
Photo - Beware of Pedestrians sign with angel wings drawn on the stick person and “Don’t stop believing in yourself” added
Photo - VQT (and others) hiking into the distance - the landscape was very open, we could see the rolling hills we were climbing
Photo - trail side entrepreneur with fruit, drinks and trinkets - we bought fruit juice, granola bar and Camino 2025 badges/buttons
Photo - VQT with fellow hikers Amanda and Andrew from Australia
Photo - LP and VQT at rest stop with pilgrim statue overlooking Santa Domingo, our destination - this photo illustrates the overcast weather we have been experiencing all day

  5. Hope the overcast weather meant it wasn’t as hot today. The sunrise is spectacular! “Don’t stop believing!!”
