Day 14. May 13

 Posted by VT

Enjoyed drinks and dinner with the Camino friends last night.

LP with V and B from Lithuania.
Lithuania, Ireland, The Netherlands & USA (VT and LP).

Headed to Padron. 19km.  Padron is named after the “pedron” Roman stone underneath the altar in the Ingrexa de Santiago.  It was this stone, according to legend, that the boat carrying St James’ body and his disciples moored up against.

Yesterday we walked by miles and miles of grapevines.  These are small family vineyards.   The vines are loaded with small new grape clusters.
