Another day, another set of photos

 Posted by LP

There is always so much to see - sometimes I remember to take a photo - sometimes a photo cannot do it justice - sometimes I am just happy to walk and look - here are a few photos from today:

This is Vanessa, she works at a pharmacy/chemist we visited - she offered to stamp our Pilgrim’s Credential (we should have two stamps per day to show we walked the path)
Beautiful blooms tumble over the balustrade - there are lovely flowers everywhere  (we pass so many delightful gardens)
This evening in are in Vigo, a lovely old city - we met several people who could not believe we walked here from Porto - this friendly man (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name) helped us with pursuing menus as we selected our restaurant for dinner
VQT with a tiny terracotta pot - the artist wasn’t nearby, just an honesty box for donations
An ancient tree in an ancient church yard
A cat on top of a high wall (it was rubbing its cheeks on the chicken that decorates the bell outside the gates to the property)

We just never know what we will see on the Camino!

  1. Now I think all cats should have a chicken to scratch their necks on. As a note of entertainment, Mindy pulled a piece of concrete out of our basement steps! We think she may have been chasing a luzard.

It’s all good until it isn’t and then it’s good again.
