Some charming moments along the way
LP and VQT at one of the small towns we walked through this morning….lots of home made flags and decorations
Following R along trail
LP and green bicycle with flowers
Green door (one of hundreds of green doors we walk past)
Second breakfast with fellow hikers R and C
Green plant containers on wall (of all kinds, including painted tires)
An underground grape storage cave (looks like a hobbit house)
Door to grape storage cave
Tractor painted on wall beside large green container of plants
Posted by LP - this morning we walked through lots of towns and villages, so lots to entertain us and places to stop for refreshments - this afternoon was more remote, and the sun was high in the sky, so very warm as we walked the final miles of the day
There seems to be holding up.
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely and the hobbit house is super cute.

The weather!
ReplyDeleteLinda, you are really tuned in on the green sites. You all are definitely getting to see unusual things and places.
ReplyDeleteI am struck by how much sunshine you get and how little shade you seem to have. Hope your suntan supplies hold up.
ReplyDeleteSun has been relentless until day. Rained on us for a short time. I’ve seen people with the worse sunburns I’ve ever seen. We try to stay covered up. I brought convertible hiking pants and I’m not unzipping the legs.
DeleteThose grape storage caves look neat, wonder what the inside looks like. Evelyn R.
